I’ve led the transformation of seven office buildings as part of large-scale operational growth. These projects balanced technical requirements with human needs, delivering functional, welcoming spaces that energise teams and reflect the organisation’s identity. I collaborate with a trusted architectural design partner to bring expert spatial design into the process. While I don’t create the designs myself, I lead the operational planning and project management, working across internal teams, leadership, IT, and facilities to ensure spaces are functional, productive, and aligned with company culture. This cross-functional collaboration creates more than just practical space, it helps shape a positive, people-centred culture.
